Snaps, Adjustability and Fit It is super slim fitting and cut for a perfect fit in each of its sizes Xs – Lg. A series of snaps across the waist front add adjustability within each size range for a comfortable, leak resistant fit. Stay Dry & Absorbent Core The inside surface layer of the Uno is a specially designed stay dry fabric. Upon contact moisture is immediately drawn through the pores to the inner absorbent core. The stay dry fabric is buttery soft and easy to clean. Baby is left feeling dry and happy with reduced incidence of rash development.The ultra high tech core is especially designed to be super absorbent. It is patent protected and available only to Mother-ease. It will absorb 1.7 times the amount of any competing absorbent insert (by weight.) Since our absorbent core is so effective the Uno fits super slim and still provides the absorbency you need. Double Elasticized legs and Defense Against Leaks The Uno cloth nappy has the cover and absorbent component separated through the legs. This allows 2 lines of defense against leaks. First Line of Defense: The absorbent component has a fully elasticized edge that moves independently of the cover to conform to your baby while gently providing leakage protection. Second line of defense: The cover component of the Uno is your second line of defense. Should a mess ever get past the absorbent component it will be contained by the separately elasticized cover. By detaching the cover from the absorbent component the two work independently of each other to achieve maximum leakage protection. Wick Resistant Binding Mother-ease wick resistant binding has a unique quality that helps reduce liquid from wicking from the inside of the nappy to the outer clothing. This means your nappy will work better for longer to keep what’s in the nappy, in the nappy. Washability and Drying Time Flow through of wash water and thorough rinsing was a top objective in the development of the Uno. To achieve this Mother-ease developed the material separation™ process. Water extraction during the spin cycle is maximized every time as the nappy separates it’s layers during the wash cycle turning itself to the drum of the machine for maximum water extraction and minimal drying times. One of the Uno’s best features is its rapid drying time. The material separation™ design allows for the heavier absorbent core to separate from the lighter cover fabric so that it dries independently from the cover. It will dry almost as quickly as any separated pocket insert without the need to stuff anything. Booster Access The Uno cloth nappy has a large opening at the legs that is perfectly suited for stuffing an absorbent liner/booster between the absorbent component and the cover. This is great for naps, overnight or any time you need a little extra absorbency.
