It is a pocket nappy made with breathable fibres and is free from any chemicals or irritants. The nappy fastens with poppers at the waist and has mini-gusseted legs to prevent leaks at the leg openings. To use Smartipants™ pocket nappies, just place the absorbent insert into either side of the sleeve, and it will stay snugly in place until you remove the nappy from your baby. Once the nappy is removed, there's no need to take out the insert -- it comes out in the wash! Made from PUL outer and microfleece inner.
