4.  CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

4.1 If you wish to cancel your order or cancel part of your order:
notify us by email to green-me[at]hotmail.com  (a) before we have dispatched the goods to you; or  (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, before returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.

4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within fourteen working days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

(a) The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by us if goods are returned to us during the cooling-off period of the first seven working days.  The cooling-off period ends on the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods

(b) The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you after the cooling off period ends and before the cancelation period ends. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of fourteen working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods.

4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.2 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
in the event that the product is not in a saleable condition, has been used, or has been damaged

The provisions of this policy do not affect your statutory rights.
