The dyes used to make Maya Wrap Baby Carriers do not contain any copper, nickel, lead, mercury, cadmium, cobalt, aluminum, arsenic, chromium or any other toxic substance.
Sizes
We stock the large size to fit all because the only difference between sizes is the lenght of the straps and not the size of the square panel. If you are of small statue, you can tie the straps one more time around your waist.

The best feature of the Mei Tai by Maya Wrap is the wide shoulder straps that makes the baby carrier so comfortable to wear. When used open over the shoulders, they are far away from your neck. And when used at the back, the wide straps spread on a large area of your chest and so does not press against the breasts. The square panel of the Maya Tie is generously sized to give support for older babies and toddlers. It will fit snuggly on younger babies however should you wish to shorten the square panel you can fold the bottom bit inwards before tying the straps around your waist. As with all Mei Tai baby carriers, this baby carrier distributes weight evenly across both shoulders and around the waist. It is made from beautiful hand-loomed, breathable cotton, in south-american patterns or in solid colours. The fabric will "give" for a more comfortable fit while still giving support. It has a large pocket on the central panel for keys, mobile phone, etc. It can be used from newborn to toddlers up to 40 lbs. |
