They have now been redesigned and have stretchier elastic around the legs to fit baby's curves, larger tabs to prevent sagging, and improved top stitching for added reinforcement. Made from waterproof PUL on the outside and microfleece on the inside, the microfleece draws wetness to the middle layers  while remaining dry for baby's comfort. The elastic at the leg openings and back waist is encased so it won't rub against baby's skin while the stitching around the elastic creates mini-gussets to prevent leaks. The removable absorbent insert is slotted through a gap at the back of the nappy. This is made from three layers of microterry, ensuring plenty of absorbency. The small size starts at 7lbs/3 kgs so perfect from newborn (some birth to potty nappies start at 8lbs) As the medium size fits a child up to 30 lbs/ 13.5kgs you might not need the large size.
