DELIVERY COST
UK Mailand & British Isles: Green Me is currently offering FREE postage for all orders to be delivered within the UK including the British isles.
You also have the option of having your order sent via recorded delivery for a flat fee of £1. This is a slightly faster delivery, trackable and which will need your signature.
Europe: Green Me has reduced the postage cost for european orders. As UK orders come with free postage, we would simply deduct what it would cost us to send orders within the UK from whatever it would cost us to send an order to your country.
Example sending you four nappies with an approximate total weight of 760g to Europe will cost you £2.37 (£4.97 air Mail minus £2.60 UK delivery).
**new**Orders above £250 will be dispatched free of charge to any European destination.
You also have the option of having your order sent via recorded delivery for an extra £4.25. This is a slightly faster delivery, trackable and which will need your signature.
At the checkout there is a drop down menu where you will be able to choose between Europe standard delivery or Europe recorded. Our software will then automatically calculate the shipping cost depending of the total weight of your order.
For europe standard delivery - the shipping calculation is £1.00 minimum + £0.18 per each 100g
For europe recorded delivery - the shipping calculation is £1.00 minimum + £4.25 + £0.18 per each 100g
Rest of the World: Green Me has reduced the postage cost for international orders. As UK orders come with free postage, we would simply deduct what it would cost us to send orders within the UK from whatever it would cost us to send an order to your country. However when we send orders outside Europe we can only sent it via recorded delivery, which is trackable and which will need your signature.
At the checkout please choose "rest of the world - recorded only" option on the drop down menu. Our software will then automatically calculate the shipping cost depending of the total weight of your order.
For rest of the world recorded delivery only - the shipping calculation is £1.00 minimum + £4.25 + £0.58 per each 100g
DELIVERY TIME
UK Mainland: Usually three to five working days, as we will dispatch your items within 24 hours of receiving your payment confirmation and we will use Royal Mail or other courier who make deliveries within three working days. If you pay by cheque please allow extra time for clearance by our bank. Deliveries are made during working hours and may require a signature.
Overseas: Please expect five days for delivery worldwide. For more info, see Airmal delivery times . Although from our experience air mail can take longer than what Royal Mail says it does. Recorded delivery is usually faster and more reliable than standard delivery.
MISCELLANEOUS
There might be occasions when we might not have an item from your order in stock, although we try our best to have a suitable level of stock to satisfy demand. If an item is out of stock, we will send you an email to advise you of a delivery time, which should not exceed 10 working days. You will have the opportunity to cancel the order with a refund for the item not in stock, which we will issue immediately, or exchange it for another item.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you choose recorded delivery please make sure that someone will be in to receive and sign for the parcel. You can also choose your working place as your shipping address. Working places have the advantage of having always someone in to receive the parcel. If you choose to do this, at the checkout please do not forget to tell us the name of the employee to whom the parcel should be addressed to.
